**OF NOTE..my dear friend and experienced rug hooker, Connie Fletcher, of Seven Gables Designs, will be here, just in case you happen to have a question, regarding rug hooking, that may be out of my depth :)**
This lovely little hooked rug/mat is made with hand-dyed wool in gorgeous creams and reds.
Your wool kit will contain the following;
*The design, printed on primitive linen with a 4" border and a zigzag edge.
*All the wool you'll need to complete the project, cut into size six strips & ready for hooking.
* A handmade Thank You Gift.
All decoratively packaged for your "viewing" pleasure :).
Come enjoy the beauty of Vermont at the peak of foliage season. Autumn is gorgeous here in New England! Although as of late, Mother Nature has become quite fickle when Autumn & Winter begin to make their arrival. MY FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR!!! She may treat us to gorgeous sunshine and warmth, or she may decide to bluster about & give us a bit of snow. Either way, we shall gather together for a lovely day of rug hooking, friendship, merriment & goode food.
YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO CLASS....
1.) A BOX to place your hooked mat on. **Mine is the Small Bentwood Colonial Bonnet Box (10.5" x 7.5" x 7") which can be purchased HERE. *You are welcome to bring a box of your own choosing (just make sure the measurements match, although yours does not have to be as deep) or go without a box if you wish. It is completely up to you :)
2.) Your hooking frame or hoop of choice.
3.) Your own HOOK (suitable for a size 4"~ 6" wool strip).
