~COLONIAL FLOSS KEEPS~
Each one is entirely hand crafted, by me, here in our Vermont home. Each box begins with an unfinished chipwood box that I then paint, age and wax with my own unique process. I recently created my own wax, that I have been using on my floss keep boxes, and I just love it. My customers do too! It's all natural, smells amazing and gives these boxes a perfect olde and aged look.
Red Colonial Floss Keep Box ~ measures approx. 4" x 2" tall. Is finished inside and out with my paint/wax process. The punched topper is done with lovely Valdani Perle Cotton floss in lovely colors of cream and red. This sweet floss keep will hold two balls of the size 8 perle cotton.
Blue Grey Colonial Floss Keep Box ~ measures approx. 3" x 2" tall. Is finished inside and out with mu paint/wax process. The punched topper is done with lovely Valdani Perle Cotton floss in lovely colors of smokey grey & pumpkin spice (I just LOVE these two colors together). This little floss keep will hold one ball of floss.
