In today's hurried world where most of our interactions take place, rather impersonally and far too quickly, online, I wanted to bring you something more tangible and personal. Something to hold in your hand, that will, perhaps, make you feel cozy and bring a smile to your face. A deare little paper gift, arriving every other month in your home mailbox (remember those, the lovely little boxes at the end of our driveways that once held excitement and wonder at its contents). Something to connect us in a more personal way. An actual, from our home to yours ~ a bit of coziness with....a recipe or two, a story, a project, etc.….....A little bit of loveliness to brighten your day.
A bi-monthly publication reminiscent of simpler times. Features my favorite, time-tested recipes, beautiful illustrations, hand-drawn images & my original short stories, as well as sayings, quotes, homey coziness, and seasonal cheer. And, last but not least, a stitching project. *The project may be for wool applique, punch needle embroidery, rug hooking or a simple sewing project.
OF NOTE ~ The newsletter will vary slightly, in look & content, from month to month as it is truly a personal, and heartful expression of myself & my art. The seasons, time of year, holidays, etc. all play a role in the way in which I am inspired, and that inspiration will be featured in each month's issue. Rest assured ~ the harkening to a simpler time, the coziness of home, and heartfelt inspiration will always be there.
