I just LOVE this design. I quite enjoyed punching the horses and really enjoyed the more primitive look of this particular design. I hope to reinvent a few more of Magdalana designs in the future.
~Supplies List~
Valdani, Size 8, Pearl Cotton Floss ~ In the following colors & amounts;
1 Ball ~ O532 Shaded Brick
4 Balls ~ P4 Aged White Light
Moire’ Wool Thread ~
1 Spool #229 “Chestnut” (this is the name I've given this color)
1 ~ Fat ¼ Quarter Piece of Weavers Cloth
1 ~ 14" Morgan Locking Lip Hoop or gripper frame.
1 ~ Cameo Ultra~Punch Needle with the small AND medium needle tips.
*Cameo Needle Threader
*Cup or floss keep for containing your floss
*Size 24 embroidery needle ~ or similar size with large eye for making a French knot
*Needle & Coordinating Thread ~ to finish edges.
**Finishing supplies of your choice. I will be placing my finished piece on top of a painted & aged box.
