This sweet gal is one of my all-time favorites!!! I fashioned her after the wonderful Mama turkey that visited our back yard all summer long with her enormous brood of 14 children!!! She was always on alert as the protective mama and one day a couple of ravens landed in the yard amongst the babies and she charged them like an angry bear!!! They fled quickly...apparently a mama turkey is NOT be messed with!!! :)
I've made this piece using gorgeous Autumn colors using Valdani Perle cotton threads and placed it atop a painted, aged and waxed paper mache box.
All always, with my patterns, each one includes all supplies and finishing techniques.
