Simple Punched Heart Box ~ Large

I just love that quote.  What a wonderful way of seeing the wind..and life. :)

I have quite the fascination with hearts as of late and I do apologize for not having them available before Valentines day however, why should we put hearts in a box, making them only desirable for a certain holiday?  They are HEARTS after all, always worthy of our love and affection :). 

LARGE HEART BOX....I've punched these hearts with Valdani Perle cotton in my favorite shade of red.  I've then given them a rich hand dyed wool back and stuffed them with wool roving.  I've then covered a lovely round paper mache box with a gorgeous reproduction cotton in a deep blue with accents of red, tan and cream.  I've painted the inside of the box a lovely soft cream & then waxed the box with my handmade soft scented wax.  The heart is stitched to the top of the box..not glued :).

Finished piece measures 5 1/2" x 4" & will come to you signed and dated :).
